We are seeking an entry level Inside Sales Rep. to join our team. Core responsibilities include:

● Serve as a primary showroom contact for Lansing's customers
● Provides consistent and outstanding service to all call-in and walk-in customers by developing a thorough knowledge of all Lansing products and services
● Handles inbound and outbound calls

Required Skills & Experience

● Strong, proven customer service skills
● Previous window selling experience preferred.
● Previous building materials selling experience preferred.
● Candidate must be willing and able to use technology and operate different browsers.
● Knowledge of replacement windows is helpful but not required
● Strong positive attitude
● Ability to work in a team or one on one with customers

Ideal Candidate

The ideal Inside Sales representative should be able to reiterate product knowledge, and accurately enter data into the system. They should also be able to work under pressure in fast-paced situations with tight deadlines while maintaining a friendly disposition and good internal customer service.
